It’s been a while since the boys of The Faint released a new album. They plan on playing at The Fillmore in late August. The first single of their new release, Fasciinatiion is entitled, The Geeks Were Right. True to form, The Faint return with their signature sound.

I deleted my ENTIRE music library. Luckily (sort of), I backed up my library using Mozy but the initial back-up wasn’t complete so I am left having to re-rip CDs and re-download music which will be a complete chore and pain in the ass.
I guess this serves as an opportunity to finally organize and correctly tag all my music. If you don’t have your music library backed up I highly recommend you doing so ASAP. Last summer my music library was lost due to two hard drive dying at the same time causing me to revert to extracting my music files from an older computer I hadn’t recycled yet.
So far, I’ve been able to restore music files up to letter R without much data loss but I have a feeling the rest of the alphabet won’t be so lucky. The only music I’ve been relying on is music stored on my iPod, the lone survivors of my audio massacre.
